It's great that you want to help us to improve our app. Just send as a new ticket via our Help Desk.

To fix reported bugs as soon as possible it's great to get as much information as possible:

  • iOS Version
  • Detailed Description
  • Screenshots


Note: You can take screenshots by pressing the home and power button at the same time at your iPhone or iPad.
